SHIPPING, RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

This policy applies to all purchases made through salemtattoo.com.


1. Order Fulfillment

All physical products, including t-shirts, mugs, and other merchandise, are produced on demand and fulfilled by third-party fulfillment partners.

Because items are custom-made per order, we do not keep inventory.


2. Shipping

Shipping times are estimates only and may vary based on:

  • Production time

  • Shipping carrier

  • Destination

  • Weather or other factors beyond our control

We are not responsible for carrier delays or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.


3. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the print-on-demand nature of our products:

All sales are final, except in cases of defective or damaged items.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Minor color or print variations

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Items ordered correctly but no longer wanted

Sizing charts are provided for reference only. It is the customer’s responsibility to select the correct size.


4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To report an issue, provide:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photographs showing the defect or damage

Once reviewed, we may, at our discretion:

  • Issue a replacement

  • Issue a refund

Items damaged after delivery or through normal use are not eligible.


5. Digital Products

All digital products are delivered electronically.

All digital sales are final.
No refunds or exchanges once access or download is provided.


6. Sale Items

Sale or discounted items are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.


7. Gifts

If an item was purchased as a gift and arrives damaged or defective, the replacement or refund will be issued to the original purchaser.


8. Return Shipping

Approved defective or damaged items do not need to be returned unless specifically requested.

If a return is required, we will provide instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


9. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Processing times vary by payment provider and financial institution.
